Overview

This Refund Policy applies to photo booth, 360 video booth, video guestbook, and related event entertainment services booked through pricelessentertainment.ca or by direct quote.

Deposits

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your event date. The deposit is applied to your final balance. Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.

Balance payments

The remaining balance is due as stated on your invoice (typically before or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing). E-transfer payments go to pricelessparties.hfx@gmail.com.

Cancellations by the client

- More than 14 days before the event: Deposit is retained; any amount paid above the deposit may be refunded or applied as credit toward a future date (at our discretion).

- 14 days or fewer before the event: Deposit is retained; remaining prepaid amounts are generally non-refundable unless we successfully rebook the same date with another client.

- No-show / same-day cancel: No refund.

Cancellations or changes by us

If we must cancel due to equipment failure, illness, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer either a full refund of amounts paid or a reschedule at no extra booth fee. We are not responsible for venue fees, third-party costs, or consequential damages.

Date changes

Date changes are subject to availability. Moving a confirmed date may require a new deposit if the original date cannot be rebooked. Travel or package changes may adjust the total price.

Travel and add-ons

Travel fees (for example outside HRM / New Brunswick) and add-ons such as Video Guestbook are non-refundable once the event date has passed, or once work has begun (custom overlays, digital delivery, etc.).

How to request a refund

Email pricelessparties.hfx@gmail.com with your booking name, event date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned by e-transfer to the original payer within 10 business days.
