1. Agreement
By booking a service, submitting a deposit, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy. These terms govern photo booth, 360 video booth, video guestbook, and related entertainment services provided by Priceless Entertainment.
2. Services
We provide event entertainment including professional DSLR selfie / photo booths, 360 video booths, props, backdrops, custom overlays, unlimited prints where included in the package, attendant operation, and optional Video Guestbook add-ons. Exact inclusions are listed on your quote or booking confirmation.
3. Booking and deposit
A booking is confirmed only after we accept the date and receive the required 10% deposit. Online “Book Now” requests are inquiries until confirmed by us in writing (email) and deposit is paid. Package prices on the website are starting prices in Canadian dollars; taxes, travel, overtime, and custom requests may adjust the total.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods include e-transfer to pricelessparties.hfx@gmail.com and other methods we agree to in writing. Invoices state the deposit, balance due, and due dates.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate event details (date, venue address, timing, guest count, power access).
- Ensure a safe, dry indoor (or approved covered) setup space with access to power as discussed before the event.
- Obtain any venue permissions required for our setup.
- Supervise minors using the booth where required.
6. Setup, timing, and overtime
Setup and teardown time is included as described in your package. Booth operating time begins and ends at the times confirmed. Overtime, if available and staffed, is billed at the rate in your quote or invoice.
7. Travel
Events outside our standard Halifax service area may include a travel fee (quoted in advance). New Brunswick and similar longer trips typically include an additional travel fee.
8. Photos, video, and usage
Unless otherwise agreed, you and your guests may keep and share personal photos and videos from the event. We may use anonymized or venue-approved event photos/video for our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before the event. Custom overlays and templates remain our design property; you receive a license to use them for your event.
9. Website use
Content on this website is for information about our services. You may not scrape, copy for commercial reuse, or misuse contact forms. We may update prices, packages, and site content without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nova Scotia law, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the total amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including venue costs or lost business.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, power outages, venue restrictions, illness, acts of government, etc.). In those cases we will work with you on a refund or reschedule per our Refund Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and Canada. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Nova Scotia.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of the website or new bookings after a change means you accept the updated terms.
